Ghosts and Legends Theatre announces the 2006 opening of the 'Incredible Pumpkin Patch!'
Enjoy over 500 lit jack-o-lanterns in this glowing archway of smiles every night, now through Halloween. This is a spectacular sight, so be sure to bring your cameras! Bales of hay, corn stalks, scarecrows, music, fog and festive lighting complete this temporary attraction, which has grown steadily as a family favorite for the past several years. The popular 'Pumpkin King' is back, looming over the display with outstretched arms. A massive 18 foot overhead bridge holds more grinning gourds and colorful fall leaves. There's also a specially designed area where you can pose for snap shots.
With more jack-o-lanterns in one place than you've ever seen before, it is sure to put a smile upon your own face. Each pumpkin is electrically illuminated and is made from a durable, life-like synthetic material that allows them to be on display for such a long time. But don't wait! The Incredible Pumpkin Patch will disappear after Halloween, and since each unique pumpkin is for sale, shop early to adopt your favorite one and take the holiday cheer home with you!
Lights on from 6pm-9pm nightly, and there is no charge to view or photograph this special autumn attraction, found only at Barefoot Landing.
